good stay but room could improve

The staff were incredibly helpful during our visit they went out of their way to assist us with local recommendations. The breakfast selection provided a nice range of options that were fresh and tasty. The location was ideal for exploring the area as it was close to major attractions.

We had a nice time here. The room was super clean and comfy, really liked the breakfast options too. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the pool? Not good. It had stuff floating in it, and the hot tub wasn't even hot! Would've been nice to swim. Kinda bummed about that.

During my stay, I encountered several issues with basic amenities. The constant presence of dogs was a concern for my allergies, as there seemed to be no separate accommodations for pet owners. Additionally, the toilet paper situation in my room was lackluster, as I had to rely on a public restroom roll. To top it off, the air conditioning failed on the second night, and while a fan was provided, it didn’t cut it for comfort. I was also promised a rate adjustment, but it didn’t pan out at checkout, which left a weird taste in my mouth.

I had a great experience during my stay! The room was spacious and pristine, and I loved that they provided full-size bath products. Breakfast was a highlight with options like pancakes and omelets, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The only downside was some minor maintenance issues which could be improved.

We truly enjoyed the spacious two-queen room that accommodated our large family perfectly. The boys loved the indoor pool and it was a great way to unwind after our outings. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they offered a complimentary breakfast for families. It would definitely enhance the overall experience.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be very clean and modern with friendly staff, while just a short walk away, I easily discovered Sol Azteca for some delicious Mexican food and a few steps further, I enjoyed the lovely park views at Dueling Grounds Distillery, making it perfect for a weekend of city exploration. as a couple, this stay was ideal for us for its great amenities and comfort, but I did notice quite a few dogs around which made me a bit anxious about my allergies.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, providing a comfortable workspace for my business needs. The breakfast offered a full array of options, including quality coffee and fresh fruits, ideal for starting the day. The staff were efficient and accommodating, assisting me promptly with directions and local recommendations.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Franklin provided us with a wonderful stay. Our King Suite was immaculate and had a cozy seating area, perfect for enjoying our snacks. The complimentary breakfast was superb with a wide variety of hot options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
